Ms. Del Valle serves as CERM’s Director of Talent. She is responsible for developing and leading the organization’s talent strategy, encompassing talent acquisition, workforce development, employee engagement, succession planning, and performance management.
Ms. Del Valle is a strategic and dedicated chief people officer and global human resources specialist with extensive expertise in establishing and leading human resources divisions for startups and large-scale international organizations.
Ms. Del Valle holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Irving, Texas Online School of Business, and a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources Management from the University of Phoenix. She is a Certified Diversity Professional (CDP).
