Rodney Givens, PE – Vice President of Infrastructure   

Mr. Givens has over 25 years of civil engineering experience and is registered as a Professional Engineer in the States of Georgia, Tennessee, Alabama, Mississippi, Texas, North Carolina and Florida.  His background in transportation, water and wastewater, and land development in the public and private sector allows him to approach and solve a client’s problem from multiple perspectives.  He possesses hands-on civil engineering design and construction management experience in urban and rural roadways, sewer and stormwater conveyance, transit stations, and land development projects.  He’s active in professional organizations, such as the American Council of Engineering Companies, the American Society of Highway Engineers, and the American Water Works Association.  He holds Bachelor’s degrees in both Civil Engineering and Architectural Engineering Technology from The University of Memphis.  He currently functions as CERM’s CM/CEI Section Manager and the Transportation Practice Leader.
