The AIS JV was formed in 2006 and consists of managing partner Pond & Company (Pond), Michael Baker International, Inc. and Corporate Environmental Risk Management, LLC (CERM). 

The on-call engineering services under this contract include pavement replacements, de-icing and ramp components, airport signage, airside/landside pavement repairs, parking and storm water management, road and bridge landside development and miscellaneous facilities projects.

CERM provided the following services:

• Civil/Site Design

• Surveying

• Geotechnical/Environmental

• Specifications Writing
