Director of Client Services
Mr. Coppage is currently responsible for CERM’s sales and business development activities. His responsibilities include pursuit strategy, strategic partnering, proposal development, and ensuring total client satisfaction throughout the execution process. He collaborates with the CERM executives and operations stakeholders in developing winning market and specific-pursuit strategies. In addition to his role as Director of Business Development, he leads CERM’s Federal business, leveraging more than 40 years of overall experience with Federal, State, local, and private sector clients.
Mr. Coppage is a seasoned engineering executive with over 40 years of experience and a strong background in business operations, sales capture, and managing large multi-disciplined engineering contracts. His large program experience includes leading the design and construction of water resources and environmental projects in US and international markets. Mr. Coppage was a pioneer and leader in the EPA Superfund program for investigation and remediation of uncontrolled hazardous waste across the United States, including Puerto Rico.
Mr. Coppage earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from Michigan State University and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Kansas. His is a registered professional engineer in the State of Georgia. He has held executive level positions with three Fortune 500 companies in the engineering industry.
