As Vice President of Client Services, Mr. Givens leads initiatives to strengthen client relationships, expand market presence, and grow business development opportunities through strategic partnerships and innovative service solutions. He focuses on creating value for clients while positioning CERM for continued growth and success.

Mr. Givens has over 30 years of civil engineering experience and is registered as a Professional Engineer in the States of Georgia, Tennessee, Alabama, Mississippi, Texas, North Carolina and Florida. His background in transportation, water and wastewater, and land development in the public and private sector allows him to approach and solve clients’ problems from multiple perspectives. 

Mr. Givens is active in professional organizations such as the American Council of Engineering Companies, the American Society of Highway Engineers, and the American Water Works Association. He holds Bachelor’s degrees in both Civil Engineering and Architectural Engineering Technology from The University of Memphis.
