This oft-repeated African proverb is a way of life at CERM.  Investing in the community is a pillar of CERM’s core values.  Because we live in the communities we work in, our staff routinely spends time doing outreach to support, promote and care for the places we call home.  From hammering nails for Habitat for Humanity to supporting families caring for children with special healthcare needs through Childkind, to lacing our shoes for 5K runs to benefit youth scholarship, advocacy, prevention and community partnership programs, we are committed to community reinvestment.

The CERM Legacy Foundation’s mission is to empower underrepresented communities to pursue career pathways in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and their related industries, by offering intentional connections, intensive programming, and informational resources.
